Refund policy

We have a 30 day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as proof of the damage or defect of the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund and post it back to your account.
